I have worked with individuals with dual diagnosis with substance use including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will start with brief introductions, then dive into specific challenges that you are facing. This will assist me to create an individualized plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Working with adults over the past 7 years, I have developed ways of assisting clients in identifying the root cause of your challenges and create an individualized plan that leads to measurable progress.
