Clients can expect a welcoming, respectful, and nonjudgmental space during our sessions. I take an eclectic approach, meaning I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. In our first meeting, my focus is on getting to know you—your experiences, concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy.
I am an eclectic therapist who believes that meaningful change begins with feeling truly seen and heard. My approach is rooted in respect, authenticity, and understanding, and I strive to create a space where clients can show up as they are without fear of judgment. I value being genuine and congruent in my work, offering honesty and fairness while building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. I recognize that every individual’s experience is unique, so I tailor my approach to meet each client’s specific needs and goals. I aim to balance compassion with gentle challenge, helping clients deepen their self-understanding.
I work best with individuals who are open to growth and willing to engage in a collaborative therapeutic process. My ideal clients may be navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or emotional dysregulation, and are seeking practical tools alongside a supportive, nonjudgmental space. Using an eclectic approach grounded in CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, and person-centered therapy, I tailor each session to meet clients where they are—helping them build insight, develop coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Eclectic
I utilize an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy, recognizing that no single modality fits every individual. I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Rogerian (person-centered) therapy to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. By integrating these approaches, I provide flexible, individualized care that supports growth, resilience, and meaningful change.
