At the heart of my work is a core philosophy: no one knows you better than you. My role is to help you find clarity, awareness, reconnect with your own wisdom, and take steps toward meaningful, healing, and lasting change. My client-centered approach blends experiential, trauma-informed, neurological perspectives alongside philosophical wisdom traditions that honor natural flow, personal responsibility, compassionate awareness, and mindful presence. I believe therapy thrives when it’s collaborative and stigma-free. Each session is shaped to your needs, not a template. Alongside traditional counseling, I bring Ketamine-assisted therapy and Brainspotting into the session, offering meaningful tools for exploration and lasting change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin building a sense of safety and trust. I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, while also creating space for you to move at your own pace and begin connecting with your own inner wisdom and capacity for healing.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Rather than offering directives or giving advice, I see my role as guiding and helping you access the wisdom and clarity you already carry within. Together, we work to clear away the clutter and chaos, so you can more clearly hear your own inner guidance and move toward healing and growth in a way that feels honest and true to you.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who is ready for deeper, meaningful change rather than quick fixes or surface-level symptom management. They tend to be: • Self-reflective and curious about their inner world, even if they don’t have all the answers yet. • Open to collaboration: they’re not looking to be “fixed” or told what to do, but are willing to explore and discover their own wisdom with support. • Motivated to understand themselves on a deeper level (how their nervous system works, how past experiences shape them, build tolerance to destress, and how to move forward with more clarity and self-trust). • Open (or at least curious) about working with the body, nervous system, and inner experience; including those who may be interested in or appropriate for Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and Brainspotting. • Often dealing with trauma, addiction/recovery, family/relational wounds, or feeling stuck in patterns despite previous therapy. • Value authenticity, compassion, and depth over performance or perfection. They don’t need to be fully “ready” or have everything figured out — but they are generally willing to show up, be honest, and engage in the process of discovery.

My treatment methods

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a gentle, brain-based approach that helps us access and process difficult emotions or trauma stored deep in the brain and body. In session, I’ll help you find a specific eye position (called a “brainspot”) that connects to what you’re feeling. We then stay with that spot while your brain naturally processes the material at its own pace, often with less talking and more internal noticing than traditional therapy.

Eclectic

With 15+ years specializing in trauma and addiction, healing and recovery, and family issues and parenting, my client-centered approach blends experiential, trauma-informed perspectives alongside mindfulness and philosophical traditions that honor natural flow and personal responsibility, inner compassion. My work emphasizes compassionate awareness and the core belief that you already carry the seeds of your own healing and recovery within.
