I always strive for each session to end with my clients feeling like they've gained new insight or experienced a positive change. It's my mission to make a meaningful impact during each session. Throughout our time together, I aim for you to feel genuinely understood and listened to. We'll work together on finding solutions, exploring different options, and gaining fresh perspectives on your challenges. Clients often come to me when they feel stuck, and by the end of each session, I hope you'll feel hopeful and see new healing possibilities.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I would be delighted to assist you in unlocking your full potential and overcoming any challenges you may encounter. With 15 years of experience aiding and educating individuals, my primary focus is fostering a deeper understanding of your circumstances and guiding you toward recovery. I am currently accepting new clients for teletherapy sessions, with specializations in childhood trauma, abuse, alcoholism, addiction, depression, anxiety, pain management, and older adults. I am committed to demonstrating empathy and insight and prioritize active listening. My aim is to support you in making healthier choices, enhancing self-care, and ultimately leading a more gratifying and fulfilling life.

My treatment methods

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Solution Focused Brief Treatment I like to begin with the end in mind. I utilize aspects of solution focused therapy to support individuals in identifying their goals in the "here and now". This supports breaking a goal down into smaller, present-focused steps, someone can engage in to foster personal growth.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I employed a solutions-oriented approach, paired with cognitive behavioral techniques. It is essential to grasp the connection between our thoughts and emotions and how they can influence us.
