You might be the one everyone leans on-the strong one, the fixer, the who one who keeps it all together. But lately, you feel tired in a way sleep doesn't fix. You overthink, replay conversations, and quietly wonder when it became hard to breathe emotionally. You show up for everyone else, yet you feel unseen, overwhelmed or disconnected from who you used to be. You may be carrying grief, relationship strain, anxiety, or a heaviness you can't quite explain-but you know something has to change. I see you!
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Working with me feels different. Our sessions are a place where you don't have to perform, impress, or stay composed. You get to exhale. We slow things down and gently untangle what you've been carrying. I use trauma-informed, practical, and compassionate approaches that honor both your strength and your exhaustion. Whether we're talking about your relationship, your stress or your sense of identity, you'll be met with warmth, clarity, and real tools you can use in everyday life-not just insight, but movement forward.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
As a former educator, I think my greatest strengths as a provider lies in knowing that being successful means seeing results. Having worked with families for many years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress. You can expect to gain deeper self-awareness, understanding, and acceptance. You'll develop practical strategies and solutions tailored to your unique needs that foster positive changes in your life. My goal is for you to be able to gain a sense of confidence to handle challenges. Over time, you begin to feel lighter, steadier, and more like yourself again. You don't have to keep carrying everything alone. This is your space to heal, grow, and finally feel supported.

As I was “shopping”, what stood out to me was her experience in a school and had listed experience with family and ADHD. Those were my criteria, and I figured school experience lended itself to that. In sessions with her, I love how she addresses issues or asks questions. She does not back down and is very straight forward with calling out issues- either in other people I talk about or my own behaviors or perceptions. It’s challenging, but that’s therapy. I’m so happy growing with her :)
