Life's struggles are hard. Every day we are dealing with the stressors of relationships, responsibilities & the demands we put on ourselves. It takes a toll on us Mentally, Physically, & Emotionally. It is absolutely normal to experience symptoms of Depression &/or Anxiety when we are significantly overwhelmed. You may feel stuck & it is hard to move forward. Talking with a Therapist can help provide you with the symptom relief you need to focus on the things that matter to you the most. I have worked in clinical settings with individuals, couples & families for over 25 years. My career started with adolescents in Social Services & at Orange County Health Care Agency. I worked 2 years for Sober Living by the Sea, as a Program Therapist and 12 years at College Hospital Costa Mesa, also as a Program Therapist working with Adolescents & Adults. Within the last year, I began Interactive talk Therapy providing individuals, couples, and families Therapy in a Private Practice setting. In that time I have mastered the ability to provide the guidance, compassion, understanding & empathy necessary to assist with relieving Mental & Emotional pain & distress associated with Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Relationship struggles & Childhood Issues. If you need someone to talk to please call for a free consult.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Clients can expect the freedom to express their views and perspectives on their life circumstances and struggles, and how they feel about them in an open, safe setting.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I like to use a Humanistic and Existential approach while still incorporating Psychodynamic and CBT modalities.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My strengths lie in my 25-plus years of working with people face-to-face in many different settings with very diverse populations. This has allowed to gain me the experience and wisdom necessary to understand how to treat your concerns and issues you bring forth in therapy.
