Hi everyone! My name is Taylor, I am a NY native who found herself in CT after my collegiate athletic career. Unfortunately, during that time I experienced mental health issues which lead me to where I am today. I am very passionate about the work that I do and cannot wait to work with you! My other hobbies include running, Solidcore and anything exercise.

Our first session will simply intale gathering background information for me to better understand your history and aspects you have struggled with. However, you can disclose as much (or as little) as you would like.

My greatest strengths is my passion to help others , as I truly thrive on the therapeutic alliance I have with my clients for them to succeed.

My ideal clients are individuals that are struggling with life stressors and transitions. Clients that are willing and ready to grow within themselves, and can handle constructive feedback to help them succeed.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT within my practice involves a structured, goal-oriented process that helps clients to identify and change unhelpful thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
DBT is use widely within my practice to help clients manage emotions through regulation and interpersonal relationships. DBT is typically knows for balancing two opposites which is not always ideal but must be managed to help feel a sense of peace.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
Person-centered treatment is my personal favorite as everyone I meet is uniquely different. Nonetheless, I emphasize therapeautic approach so my clients feel understood and accepted to better grow within therapy and themselves.
