Strengths
Empathetic listening, while providing compassionate and patient centered care with shared decision making.
Ideal clients
I enjoy working with professionals who need to prioritize their mental health to be more effective in their roles. I specifically support women experiencing the loss of relationships and seeking mental health assistance to regain their footing. My clients are eager to improve but often lack the tools necessary to turn their goals into reality. Additionally, I love working with adolescents, helping them prioritize their mental health so they can reach their full potential.
Treatment methods
