New to Grow
I am a licensed therapist offering Telehealth therapy for adults navigating life transitions, relationship patterns, and emotional burnout. I'm not the “just nod and ask how that makes you feel” kind of therapist. My style is warm, grounded, and refreshingly real. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening in your life now while gently connecting it to where it all began. Therapy with me blends insight and action, humor and heart, so you can break old cycles, feel more like yourself, and start moving forward in meaningful ways.
First sessions with me are all about getting to know you, no pressure to dive into the deepest stuff right away (unless you want to). We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what’s been feeling heavy or stuck, and what you're hoping will feel different over time. You can show up in sweats, with coffee in hand, and absolutely zero need to have it all figured out. I’ll ask some questions, we’ll laugh (hopefully), and start building a space that feels safe, supportive, and real. Think of it as a conversation...not an interview; where you get to show up exactly as you are & that will always be enough.
My journey to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own experiences navigating mental health challenges and major life transitions. I know what it feels like to struggle, to feel lost in your own story, and to crave real connection and support. Those personal experiences sparked a deep desire in me to show up for others in the ways I once needed...with empathy, honesty, and zero judgment. Becoming a therapist wasn’t just a career choice; it was a calling rooted in my belief that healing happens in safe, supportive relationships.
I work best with adults who are self-aware, insightful, and craving change...even if they’re not sure where to start. Many of my clients come to therapy during big life transitions, feeling stuck in familiar patterns, burned out in relationships, or simply disconnected from themselves. I support people who are ready to unpack old dynamics, set healthier boundaries, and start showing up more fully in their lives. Whether you're navigating a breakup, burnout, family stress, or just feeling off, I’ll meet you where you are with curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to real growth.
In my practice, I use an attachment-based approach to help clients understand how early relational experiences influence current emotions, behaviors, and relationship patterns. I draw on attachment theory to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where clients can explore their attachment styles and how these impact communication, trust, and emotional regulation. I often integrate attachment work with evidence-based approaches such as CBT, EFT, and mindfulness to help clients build secure connections with both themselves and others. Whether we’re addressing anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, or trauma, I help clients develop greater emotional awareness, self-compassion, and healthy ways of relating. My goal is to help each person strengthen their sense of safety, stability, and connection in relationships and daily life.
