New to Grow
I’m a licensed social worker who believes healing happens in safe, supportive relationships. I work with children, adolescents, and families navigating stress, trauma, emotional challenges, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, respected, and understood. For clients who request it, I am comfortable integrating faith-informed perspectives into our work while always respecting diverse beliefs and backgrounds. I honor that healing can look different for everyone, and I meet clients where they are. I see therapy as a partnership; one rooted in trust, growth, and real-life change.
Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what brings you in, and begin building a comfortable foundation for our work together.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. Together we focus on building practical coping tools, emotional regulation, and resilience that carry into everyday life. I draw from trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices, and I tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs and values.
My ideal clients are youth, millennials, and individuals from underserved and diverse communities who are ready to embrace growth and healing. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, anxiety, relationship challenges, or self-doubt, I provide a supportive, culturally responsive space where you can build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life. I know it can be scary to open up to a complete stranger, and sometimes scheduling the first session is the hardest step. I am here to meet where you are and support you.
