My area of expertise lies in elder care topics, including making transitions from independent living to assisted living or nursing home care, caregiving, resources for the aged, hospice and death/dying/bereavement. I have worked in a hospital setting for over ten years, with a focus on discharge planning, which has given me familiarity with illnesses that impact the aging population.
