Welcome! ¡Bienvenid@s! I’m so glad you’re here, taking this step toward a happier, more resilient you. It’s a true privilege to walk alongside my clients as they navigate life. An experienced Xennial bilingual licensed therapist (licensed in TX and CA), I’m fluent in English and Spanish. Being a first-generation therapist, born in Venezuela, I bring a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and sensitivity to our sessions. My goal is to empower you to recognize your own resilience and embrace a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. Therapy doesn’t have to be heavy all the time—I believe in bringing a touch of lightheartedness and humor to our sessions, creating a space where we can explore tough topics while also finding moments of joy and connection.
We’ll start by exploring what brings you to therapy, discussing your background, and working together to create a wellness plan tailored to your unique needs. This is also a chance for you to see if we’re a good fit, as a strong connection is key to making meaningful progress in the collaborative process of therapy.
My greatest strengths lie in creating a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel truly seen and heard. Here’s what I bring to each session: Empathy and Deep Understanding: I pride myself on my ability to listen deeply and understand my clients' experiences from their unique perspectives. Cultural Sensitivity: I understand the complexities of navigating multiple cultural identities and can create a safe space for clients from diverse backgrounds to explore their experiences. Personal Experience with ADHD: Having been diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, I offer a unique, firsthand understanding of the challenges and strengths that come with neurodivergence. Collaboration and Empowerment: I believe in working alongside my clients as partners in the therapeutic process. Rather than providing one-size-fits-all solutions, I collaborate with clients to uncover their strengths, set meaningful goals, and empower them to take charge of their healing journey. Resilience and Hopefulness: My own lived experiences, including navigating maternal mental health challenges, have taught me the power of resilience. I carry a deep belief in my clients' capacity for growth and change, helping them rediscover their own strengths, even in the face of adversity.
