In our first session, we’ll take some time to get to know each other and talk about the challenges you’re currently facing. From there, I’ll create a plan that’s tailored to your needs for our future sessions.

This treatment is utilized to explore the connection between client's past and their current mindset. It is utilized in treatment to focus on the unconscious processes and mind as they are manifested in client's behavior.
This treatment will be used to explore and identify recurring patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in order to develop tools to improve mental health.

Shieka is very welcoming and creates a safe environment for me to open up and share. I am not a talker but I feel safe. She has helped me identify triggers and work with my boundaries and the multiple things in my life. I leave each session with HW and a PLAN which is a releif because it makes my life not feel impossible. Just with 4 sessions, I feel like I can manage my various stressors
