My approach is eclectic, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from many modalities to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and body- based responses. I work with people facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, low self-esteem, stress, and major life transitions, helping them identify negative patterns, strengthen coping skills, regulate emotions, and build healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.I bring genuine
During the first session, we'll focus on building rapport and creating a foundation of safety and trust. We'll review important details life confidentiality, boundaries, and expectations for therapy, and we'll talk about what brought you in and what you hope to gain from our work together. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety., depression, trauma, relationship issues, low self-esteem, or healing from narcissistic abuse, my goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and clear about the next steps in your healing journey.
I bring genuine care, curiosity, compassion, and empathy to working with others. I will hold space for emotions while also pushing back just enough for clients to take part in their own healing journey. I believe we get to grieve what has occurred in our lives while also taking steps to make our present and future healthier.
