I have specialized in various therapy modalities including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Psychodynamic work. With over 5 years of experience, I am passionate in using evidence-based techniques to help with building healthy relationships, managing everyday stressors, and dealing with cycles of anxiety and depression. Deciding to seek therapy can be a difficult decision to make and finding the right provider that fits your needs can be hard. During our initial session, I will take the time to get to know you and understand what has bought you into therapy. Together we will create a treatment plan and set goals to help alleviate some of the distress you may be experiencing. Throughout our work together, we will re-evaluate your treatment plan and adjust our goals based off your needs at the time as well.
