New clients continue care with this provider

I am a hype-guy by nature and a therapist by trade. My goal is to support you in meeting your goals, trusting your instincts and getting back to who and what you would have been if no one ever told you who or what to be. I already believe in you, and when we are finished, I know you will believe in you too!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Usually a first session I simply ask “what brought you to therapy?” And typically people either start in the recent and work backwards, or vice versa. I am always interested in the event or situation that leads a person to think to themselves “I think I need additional support” and then seek it out. I will also ask what you want to change. I see therapy as a vessel of change and so you and I will work together to figure out what is not working in your life, what your ideal life would look like, and then help you move toward that.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am completely non-judgment, open minded and simply curious. I am also funny and silly and do a really good job of balancing between very heavy therapeutic things, and simple jokes and discussions related to things you like.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Adults who are impacted by trauma and behaviors that no longer serve them. Open Minded, Honest and Willing to explore avenues of thought and treatment that are outside of the box. At this point in our timeline, I am feeling called to specifically aide in the grief and fear related to being a LGBTQIA+ person, person of color, woman, AFAB, trans, queer, etc. I see you, I hear you, I am you.
