Hello, my name is Shad, Are you struggling with feelings of depression or anxiety? Do you feel overwhlemed by challenges at work and in your relationships? Have you experienced the loss of a loved one and would just like some comfort and peace of mind? Do you ever feel like getting better is impossible or do you ever ask yourself, what can therapy do for me? Sometimes what we are experiencing can seem impossible to overcome that's where I'd like to help. Through evidence-based techniques, I can help you manage and ultimately overcome those negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I will help you identify negative thought patterns that cause feelings of hopelessness and help you find a way toward hope, healing, and a healthier way of thinking. It's time to enjoy life again, I'd love to be part of that journey with you!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session I will spend time getting to know you and some of your background. I will then take some time to gather a detailed understanding of your concern. My goal is to get a clear picture of what you are going through and any contributing factors. Once the information is gathered, I will begin working on a treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My strengths as a therapist are in building trusting relationships, and helping clients to feel heard, seen, and understood. I also take time to explain the tools and strategies I use so that each client feels knowledgeable about their treatment and empowered to face their challenges.
