Welcome to my page! My name is Tanya and I am licensed in California with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss. I believe in treating the root cause of disease and distortion of our lives. As a Trauma Informed/Hollistic therapist, I like to identify the driving forces behind the pain we carry biologically, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step, or hundred step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
In our first session we will go into brief introductions and and thorough history of your life, to really get a breakdown of what treatment plans will work best.

As a Trauma Informed Therapist, I can help with a variety of things but one in particular is narcissistic abuse. Whether it’s a parent or partner, this type of abuse is detrimental to the brain. After years of working with clients, I have uncovered many tools to heal from this and lasting damage it causes. I have witnessed many people flourish, and be set free.

I use Brainspotting to help release stored trauma in the subcortical brain that cannot be released consciously. This is the unconscious brain and nervous system that hold on to these memories. I find it to be so helpful to release what is holding you back from living your best life.
I believe we all have a fundamental connection with a higher power. Whatever that means for you, I will support whatever beliefs you have.
As a Trauma Informed Therapist, I use both CBT and DBT to help with emotional regulation, complex PTSD, interpersonal relationships, and personality disorders, who usually have a history of Trauma.
