Hello, I am Marilynn Richardson. I am a Board- Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I received my master's from Walden, University in 2020. I have a deep commitment to compassionate and effective care. I provide medication management for adults 18 and older for symptoms of anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder. I provide comprehensive, patient-centered care that addresses both the psychological and physical aspects of mental health. I help clients manage their conditions effectively and improve their overall well-being.
In our first session together, I will perform a comprehensive mental health assessment. I will obtain a personal history that will help me understand why you are seeking treatment. My goal is to establish a professional relationship that will lead to an effective plan and solution. I will gather relevant information about your mental health history, current symptoms, and any previous treatment experiences.
My greatest strengths are empowering and assisting my clients to effectively address their mental health challenges. I am a good listener and believe that a professional relationship requires trust and nurturing.
