(she/her)
I’m a licensed psychotherapist with experience of providing behavioral health services both locally and nationally. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a bachelor’s in Psychology. Additionally, I am a National Certified Counselor, National Certified Anger Management Specialist, and National Certified Domestic Violence Specialist, who is dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve lasting behavioral change through evidence-based, compassionate care.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and discuss any challenges you’re facing. You’ll also learn about my approach to treatment—including how we’ll use evidence-based tools like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and life skills development to support lasting behavioral change.
My strengths are in creating a safe, affirming space where clients feel seen and supported. I bring a structured, evidence-based approach to therapy that’s grounded in compassion, cultural responsiveness, and a deep commitment to helping clients achieve lasting behavioral change. I’m especially skilled at working with court-referred individuals, families navigating behavioral challenges, and those seeking holistic wellness that integrates emotional, physical, and spiritual health.
My ideal client is someone eager to learn new behavioral strategies that foster emotional wellness, personal empowerment, and long-term change. They’re motivated to understand themselves more deeply and committed to applying practical tools that support a more balanced, fulfilling life.
