I received my Master of Science in nursing from Walden University in 2020 and am board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner by the ANCC. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two children, working out, traveling, and reading.

I will be more than happy to fill out necessary paperwork for you, but I do ask for ask for a fee to complete paperwork. Fees are charged as follows: $10 school/work excuses $20 school forms; $50 FMLA forms $100 for disability or other detailed legal forms $25 for record requests from other facilities **I do not prescribe controlled substances**ie: stimulants, benzos
