In our first session, you can expect that I will ask about what brought you to therapy. I will explore with you your expectations and we will put together a treatment plan that best suits your needs.
Strengths
Working with individuals, couples, and families have always been my passion. I believe that everyone is affected by the environment they're in. My goal in working with clients is to help them identify the challenges in their environment, that have negatively affected them. I assist them in identifying and utilizing healthy coping skills for better functioning.
