Our sessions will be personalized to your needs and the work we do will be proactive and focused on providing you with the skills and resources to overcome obstacles and live the life you want for yourself. I take into account your psychological, social, physical, cultural, and spiritual preferences and needs.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

Emotionally focused individual therapy takes a humanistic approach to therapy. As a certified EFIT therapist I'm able to work with you to review the foundations of thoughts and behaviors and make changes that allow you to have a more secure and comfortable sense of self.
