Hi! I am Danielle Kimble, LCPC. I earned my B.A in Psychology from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and her M.A in Community Counseling from Argosy University. I employ different integrative approaches when working with clients including cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, and emotion-focused therapy. I believe in building a trusting relationship between the client and counselor to build the foundation of a successful counseling relationship.
During our first session, we will discuss the concerns that are impacting your life. We will also develop a plan/goals to assist with developing skills to ease those concerns.
As I provider, I can assist you with identifying your strengths to utilize them as steppingstones to overcome difficult feelings, thoughts, and situations.
I have over eighteen years of community and clinical counseling experience in a variety of areas including working with individuals in residential and outpatient settings. Over the years, I have developed expertise in working with adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, anger, ADHD, and other behavioral concerns. I also have experience in counseling also includes working with couples.
I strongly believe that our thoughts, feelings, and actions are all interconnected. Once a facet is impacted, it can change the trajectory of your life. CBT treatment can assist with realigning those thoughts, feelings, and actions.
