As an practicing clinician since 2020, I bring experience from community mental health, the educational system, and private practice. I've worked with individuals, couples, and families of all ages, tailoring evidence-based approaches to support each client's unique journey toward growth & healing. Life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face challenges alone. I provide compassionate, personalized therapy for individuals, couples, and families at all stages of life. Whether you’re navigating emotional regulation, parenting struggles, grief, ADHD, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges, I’m here to support you.
In our first session, my goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel comfortable sharing what brings you to therapy. We’ll take time to get to know each other, discuss your concerns, and explore what you hope to get out of therapy. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and goals, and you’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel ready to. Together, we’ll begin to outline a plan for how we can work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. It’s okay if you’re not sure exactly where to start, that’s what I’m here to help with.
I meet each person where they are, offering a nonjudgmental and supportive space that honors their unique experiences. I’m skilled at identifying clients’ strengths, even when they’re struggling to see them themselves, and I help them use those strengths as a foundation for growth. I also understand the importance of giving clients the time and space they need to navigate their challenges at a pace that feels right for them.
I work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages navigating relationship and parenting challenges or supporting children with emotional dysregulation, ADHD, or ASD. Together, we'll explore your concerns and create a personalized plan to help you build stronger connections and lasting improvements.
