Hi, I’m Tammy. Are you struggling with trauma from your past? I help with trauma stemming from childhood. I work with physical, sexual or emotional abuse that has been experienced. Together we can identify stuck points and work on resolving them.

If we proceed you will notice a decrease in your PTSD symptoms I utilize CPT, CBT, and EMDR

My session today with Tammy Westerman went very well! She allowed me to openly express my feelings and the things that bought me to her. Things that she noticed that bought me to tears and were too hard for me to talk about today, she avoided those subjects. I usually keep ALL of my feelings bottled up in me because it's VERY HARD to trust people. I felt really COMFORTABLE opening up to her today! I look forward to meeting with her again next week!

I've had a sad history of trying to work with counselors who as human as they are, let their own biases cloud their sessions with me, negatively judging paths they aren't on (mine) and honestly leaving me more sad then when I first came to them.
