I am here to help you develop a sense of self needs and self purpose. Together, we can identify the tools to help you get back in balance. We'll use a holistic approach, addressing the needs of your whole person. I'm here to help your discover the individualized psychopharmacology and psychotherapy. In our sessions together, we will work together through soul searching and evidence-based techniques so you can grow through positive coping skills. I am excited to work together!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, I am hoping to build a lasting rapport with you to help move forward through your healing process. I would love learn what has worked for you in the past and what was not so helpful.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I use psychopharmacology (medications that help with anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar, schizophrenia, OCD). Note: I do not prescribe stimulants (Adderall, Ritalin, Vyvanse, Concerta)

I have over 10 years experience as a family nurse practitioner and 4 years as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I will be able to provide a wholistic care to your needs.
