I have over 10 years experience as a family nurse practitioner and 4 years as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.

I am here to help you develop a sense of self needs and self purpose. Together, we can identify the tools to help you get back in balance. We'll use a holistic approach, addressing the needs of your whole person. I'm here to help your discover the individualized psychopharmacology and psychotherapy. You deserve a professional and confidential space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, we will work together through soul searching and evidence-based techniques so you can grow through positive coping skills. I am excited to work together!
