Becoming a healed person is possible. Are you seeking a trauma therapist? Ready for change and seeking a guide who can facilitate you out of being stuck into the new life awaiting you on the other side of this? I help people to get out of their own way so you can finally get traction taking the actions to create the life you've always wanted. We all have a degree of trauma from this lifetime, including intergenerational trauma and survival patterning from our ancestors. All of this gets to be released as we gradually and gently come into living free and clear, safe in the present moment. When we clear out all the old energy from painful past learning we have clarity and become free and relaxed in the moment to make new choices. Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. You don't have to do this alone any more.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The focus of the first session is mainly about settling in and getting comfortable. I won't ask too many probing questions, rather I trust the present moment to provide the perfect material to work with.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have also worked with various master plant medicine teachers and I support clients with integration therapy for psychedelic medicine journeying for healing trauma and creating their dream life a reality.

My treatment methods

Somatic

The body keeps the score, and I guide my clients into the wisdom of the body to treat problems at the roots.

Attachment-based

By expanding our inner base of security, we can be more securely attached individuals in relationship with others.

Compassion Focused

By keeping the focus compassionate it helps to gently release resentments and other energetic blocks keeping us heavy and stuck.

Polyvagal Therapy

I am a member of the community of polyvagal informed therapists and believe a polyvagal approach is essential for effective therapy.
