Most clients experience symptom relief within the first month of treatment, with continued improvement as therapy progresses.
My greatest strengths as a trauma-informed provider is my ability to create a safe, compassionate, and empowering space where clients feel seen, heard and respected. I integrate deep attunement with clinical skill, allowing me to recognize and respond to trauma responses with sensitivity while supporting clients in reclaiming their senses of control, safety and resilience. My approach is grounded in trust, collaboration, and honoring each persons unique healing process.

I am certified in EMDR and have been using this method for over 5 years. I have integrated it into my clinical practice to support clients working through trauma, anxiety, phobias and other distressing experiences. My training allows me to tailor EMDR to meet the individual needs of each client, whether they are coping with complex PTSD, childhood trauma, or since incident trauma.
I am trained in hypnotherapy and incorporate it into my practice as a complementary tool to support clients in addressing a range of issues, including trauma, anxiety, phobias, chronic stress and pain management. My approach to hypnotherapy is rooted in creating a safe calming space where clients can access deeper levels of awareness and promote healing from within. I use hypnotherapy to help clients shift limiting beliefs, reduce emotional reactivity and develop healthier coping strategies. It is especially effective when integrated with other trauma informed modalities such as EMDR and traditional talk therapy.
I'm trained in Rogerian method, grounded in Carl Rogers principles of unconditional positive regard, empathy, and congruence. In my practice, I create a nonjudgmental, supportive environment that encourages clients to explore thoughts and feelings openly. I focus on deep, reflective listening and help clients connect with their own inner strengths and values to foster personal growth and healing. I empower clients to lead the direction of therapy, which often enhances self-awareness and promotes lasting change.
