My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I have over 30 years experience with DBT. This method helps clients with breathing skills and mindfullness exercises.

Prolonged Exposure Therapy

This method cand be useful and has been sucessful for my clients with trauma including child abuse, IPV, death and loss as well as combat trauma.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Cleints have been able to use this praxtice method to overcome anxiety and depression.

Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Suicide Prevention (CBT-SP)

This method can be successful in treating substance misuse as well as many other behavioral issues.

Psychodynamic

This is a method which works with most clients in that it helps to identify past issues which may be a barrier to emotional and behavioral health.
