I am passionate about helping Millennials and Gen Z overcome hopelessness, exhaustion and self-doubt. My clients feel like they’re forcing a smile but deep down they feel depressed and defeated. It’s confusing and scary. I’ll help you shed a light on your sadness so you don’t have to feel like a fraud or a crazy person. I get it, we can figure this out together. My clients describe me as warm, caring and authentic. Even though what we talk about is important, I believe it’s our genuine connection that will allow you to create true and lasting change.
My clients can expect an introduction to therapy as well as a few questions about their background and goals for treatment.
I have a passion for helping those in the midst of life changes and greatly enjoy working with young adults. I have many years’ experience working with many diagnoses but prefer to work with trauma and depression. The most important indicator of change in therapy is the relationship between client and therapist. I hope you reach out, and if you don’t like what you see in my profile, I sincerely hope you find someone that speaks to you so you can find the relief you need.
College-aged, young adults (millennials or Gen Z) who struggle with depression, anxiety and trauma.

Erin is truly the best human and therapist I know! Every time I meet with her I feel relieved and safe. I've learned so many coping skills and have navigated horrible situations thanks to her guidance. If you are looking for someone to fully be yourself with and learn healthier habits and how to give self compassion you should connect with her!

I've been working from a TF-CBT model with nearly all of my clients since I started working with trauma. I find that my clients are able to experience relief from the dread, anxiety and chaos caused by PTSD.
