New to Grow
Hi, I’m a therapist with over 20 years of experience helping people work through life’s challenges and changes. My style is warm, honest, and real—I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself and having genuine conversations. I use practical approaches like CBT to help you manage stress, strengthen your mindset, and create meaningful changes so you can feel better, gain clarity, and achieve the life you deserve.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your history, current challenges, and what you’d like to get out of therapy, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. You can expect a relaxed, supportive conversation where we begin identifying goals and exploring practical next steps together.
What stands out about my approach is the combination of over 20 years of experience with a warm, direct, and down to earth style. I create a supportive and affirming space where you are met exactly where you are, without judgment. Together, we focus on building practical tools and helping you create meaningful change at your own pace and in a way that fits your unique style and goals.
I am best positioned to serve adults and older adults who are navigating life transitions, managing stress, anxiety, or depression, and seeking greater balance and meaning in their lives. I work well with clients who are open to self-reflection and motivated to develop practical tools for coping, improving relationships, and enhancing overall well-being. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s life stage and personal goals.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that influence emotions and behaviors. In my practice, I guide clients in developing practical coping strategies, reframing negative thinking, and building skills to manage stress, anxiety, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each client’s unique goals and experiences.
