Hello, I'm Angela Hall, a psychotherapist dedicated to working with women. I'm happy to partner with Grow on this platform. My approach is holistic, spiritual, clinical, collaborative, trauma informed and rooted in neuroscience. I’m passionate about helping women identify their purpose and what brings them fulfillment and joy. It’s a privilege to support women and introduce them to a new perspective. I have special interest in supporting women who are: ~Navigating relationship loss of any kind (death, divorce, job loss, family disconnect, etc.). ~Managing the physical and emotional challenges of anxiety disorders including Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia and Social Anxiety. ~Overcoming codependence, people-pleasing or religious trauma and conditioning. As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, my clinical training is Marriage & Family Therapy, so I have insight into interpersonal relationships, the family support system & the way we influence and are influenced by those around us. I'm proud to be a practitioner of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a highly effective intervention that shifts the way the brain and the body store traumatic events. Remember, what you are not changing, you are choosing. If you are motivated for change and ready to move forward into a new season of life I'd be honored to help you along the way.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

First sessions are all about finding out what led you to reach out for therapy right now.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My clients frequently tell me that they appreciate my assertive, "tough love," approach.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Solution Focused Therapy focuses more on future planning and shifting perspective, rather than ruminating on past experiences.
