New to Grow
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider who brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to my work with adolescents and adults. My clinical expertise spans outpatient, inpatient, and residential settings. I specializes in working with adult women experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, bipolar disorder, and trauma. I support adolescent and young adult clients in navigating the complexities of developmental transitions by equipping them with practical tools to understand, manage, and regulate their emotions effectively. I have a strong focus on helping adults navigate family conflict, set healthy boundaries, and improve communication.
During our first session, I review the essential information about what it’s like to work together. Most of our time is spent exploring what brings you to therapy, the symptoms or challenges you’re experiencing, and any relevant history. I also work with you to identify your goals so we have a clear direction for our work moving forward.
My approach is to hold space for you and your needs. I can be as directive as you would like me to be or I can sit and listen.
My ideal client is an adult woman who is navigating anxiety, depression, stress, or the impact of trauma. She may also be struggling with family conflict, difficulty setting healthy boundaries, or challenges with communication in her close relationships. She’s looking for a therapist who can offer a warm, supportive space while helping her build emotional insight and practical coping skills. I also work well with adolescents and young adults who are moving through major developmental transitions — such as identity formation, increasing independence, relationship changes, or academic and life pressures. These clients benefit from learning emotional regulation skills, understanding their internal experiences, and gaining tools to manage stress and change more effectively.

I identify as
Attachment-based
Attachment‑based therapy is a way of working together that focuses on your relationships — past and present — and how they shape the way you feel, think, and connect with others today.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
Person‑centered therapy is an approach where you are the expert on your own life, and the therapist’s role is to create a safe, supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Instead of giving advice, judging, or telling you what you “should” do, your therapist focuses on truly understanding you — your experiences, your emotions, and what matters most to you. The idea is that when you feel genuinely heard, accepted, and not pressured, you naturally begin to grow, heal, and make choices that fit who you are.
Interpersonal
Interpersonal therapy focuses on your relationships and the way your connections with others affect your mood, stress levels, and overall well‑being. In this approach, we look at the patterns in your relationships, how you communicate, how you handle conflict, and how you navigate changes or losses. Together, we explore what’s working for you and what’s causing pain or stress.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or CBT, is based on a simple idea: the way you think affects the way you feel and the way you act. When we’re stressed, overwhelmed, or hurting, our mind can fall into patterns that make things feel even harder — like assuming the worst, blaming ourselves, or getting stuck in “what if” spirals. CBT helps you notice those patterns, understand where they come from, and learn healthier ways to respond.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Mindfulness‑based therapy is about helping you slow down, notice what’s happening inside you (your mind and your body), and respond to stress in a calmer, more grounded way.
