Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Georgia. I received my Masters from Liberty University and have been practicing for nearly 10 years. Life is not always easy to navigate.
I have worked with and have the ability to connect to a large variety of people from all walks of life.
I consider it a privilege to come along side to teens and adults; to encourage, equip, or help them to heal so they can become the best versions of themselves.
First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing, and what your goals are. From there I will gather any other information needed to help me create a tailored plan to achieve those goals in subsequent sessions.

Ideal clients
I love working with people who want to improve their quality of life, whether it is overcoming anxious thoughts, depression, or just navigating life transitions. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about what the future.
