Through my experiences, I developed a passion for managing mental health concerns which is why I sought my certification in psychiatry.
First session
In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions and then dive into specific concerns or challenges you are facing. Together we will create a plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions
Strengths
Having worked with the adult population for 9 years, I have developed and adapted a collaborative routine with my patients to identify the root cause of their challenges and to create a personalized plan to achieve total health using medication and brief therapy.

Psychotherapy: This is also known as 'talk therapy' and is a crucial part of treating both depression and anxiety. I use brief supportive psychotherapy in conjunction with medications to help you achieve optimal mental health and wellness.
