What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first visit we can get a chance to meet and explore the reason(s) you are seeking treatment. One of the most important goals in therapy is finding the right therapist. Therefore, in our first session we will determine whether or not I am the right fit for you. At the end of the first session, we will then decide on how to move forward.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I bring a blend of conventional and alternative approaches, ensuring sensitivity to cultural diversity in order to help you thrive.

I do EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) which is a form of psychotherapy that is designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories. It enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.
