I provide unconditional positive regard and we work together to find strategies you are invested in to address what you want to address. Ultimately you direct what we do and how we spend our time. I have some wisdom I have accumulated but you know your life best. It is not for me to prescribe solutions that don't work for you. I might have some ideas which I will share but in the end you are in charge.
There will be some intake business we will have to take care of but primarily it is for you to tell me want you want.
I am open minded, non-judgmental and unflappable. Human behavior and feelings can be complicated and unique to you and the first thing I need to do is listen.
Ideally you like to reflect on you world and examine your role in it with an eye towards realizing your own personal goals, not those that have been selected for you, but these ones that are close to your heart. Together we craft a plan that you author and I support with what I have learned through my experiences. .
Ultimately you direct what we do, how we move forward and what we move forward on. I am not an expert on you, nor will I pretend to be.
