I am a fully Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I hold a Masters degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, LA and I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). Some of my experience includes working for state vocational rehabilitation for a combined 10 years as a CRC and as Unit Manager over a Metro Atlanta and N. Fulton vocational rehabilitation team and in private rehabilitation within the insurance industry for over 7 years as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. In my personal time, I enjoy traveling and spending quality time with my husband, family and friends.
In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions and gather background information. You’ll get a sense of my style as your therapist and then we'll dive into the specific challenges you’re facing, and together, we will develop a plan to work through in follow-up sessions.

I love working with teenagers and adults who have a desire to overcome certain obstacles in their lives, but they often feel anxious, overwhelmed and ill-equipped to take the courage and the necessary steps to do something different in order to get different long-lasting results.
