Medications can be used to treat symptoms of mental illness. I will be able to determine the right medication options and recommended dosage. There will also be follow up visits that will allow me to check in about the effects of the medication to determine patient's response and assess for any side effects. P.S: I DONOT PRESCRIBE STIMULANTS AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES!
I love working with both young and older populations. My clients should have a mindset to be part of the treatment plan. A focus to understanding their disease process are eager to improve.
A patient- centered treatment approach is a healthcare strategy that places the patient's preferences, values, and needs at the forefront of decision-making. It involves active communication, shared decision-making, and tailoring treatments to align with the patient's goals and beliefs. This approach ensures that medical care is more personalized and it takes into account the individuality of each patient.
