I have experience helping individuals with a broad range of concerns, including coping with life transitions, depression, anxiety, parenting issues, self-esteem, family conflict, anger management, stress, forgiveness, relationship issues, including restorative work, childhood trauma, and career challenges. I am so grateful that I can do this work and am passionate about actively enhancing your quality of life. My therapy style is non-judgmental, supportive, and interactive. I use an integrative therapeutic approach to ensure that techniques are beneficial in addressing each client’s specific mental health goal.
