Life can be difficult at times, and we all need help to work through challenges. I believe therapy is about taking control of your life and making changes. Healing comes from a joint effort that requires honesty, a caring approach and a judgement free zone. I hope to provide the right balance and support for you to create meaning, find personal wellness and contentment I have experience working with a wide variety of mental health conditions for over 14 years including anxiety, depression and adjustment disorders. I provide support to my clients in creating healthier thought patterns and behaviors with strength-based techniques and a client-centered approach. I provide a safe and open environment to listen and work through identifying strengths and achievable goals. My goal is to empower you to learn how to make past experiences into positive learning and growth opportunities.
