About me

Hello, I'm a dual-certified Nurse practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) based in Texas. I received my post-master's degree from Walden University. I have been practicing as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner for over six years, managing both chronic conditions and some psychiatric conditions. I believe mental health is as important as physical health, so providing holistic, patient-centered care to patients with mental health needs will help improve patient symptoms and lead to better patient outcomes.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will get to learn about what symptoms and challenges you are facing with your mental health. On a case-by-case basis, we may be able to derive a mental health diagnosis at our first session. Still, if more data gathering is needed, then we will continue from where we left off at our initial visit, derive a diagnosis at the second visit, and then develop a treatment plan after the diagnosis is in place. Follow-up sessions will build upon our last visit and the treatment modification plan implemented at each visit and going forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having had the opportunity and privilege to work with patients across the lifespan in various healthcare settings over the last six years, such as primary care clinics, rehabilitation centers, and in-patient hospitals, my experiences have prepared me to deliver holistic patient-centered care effectively.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with patients ages 12-64 years old seeking to have better control of their mental health symptoms, empower them to take charge of their mental health so they can live a well fulfilled life.
