I am focused on providing a unique clinical approach that will help you work towards your goals. I will take the time to get to know you and hear your concerns. I am here to support you in understanding your diagnosis, medication, and treatment plan. We are a team!! My goal is to help every client fully understand their diagnosis and treatment plan. I value informed consent and work to help every client be an active member in our work together.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
My practice is patient-focused which means I empower my patients to reach their goals. I take the time to get to know each client and their unique needs. I will work with you to build a collaborative plan of care. I focus treatment on current evidence-based treatment approaches. I also combine medication management with therapy to work towards our goals. I believe that mental health is not a one fits all approach and we will work together to find the best solution that works for you.
