New to Grow
I am a woman of color, veteran, mother, and therapist who is passionate about helping women navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. I often see aspects of my own journey reflected in the women I serve and understand what it means to balance multiple roles, responsibilities, and expectations. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and it’s completely normal to be unsure of what to expect. During our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s currently weighing on you, and what changes you’d like to see in your life. You don’t need to prepare anything special or have everything figured out beforehand. My role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help you begin identifying goals for our work together in a supportive and welcoming environment.
I bring a balance of compassion and accountability to the therapy process. While I create space for clients to feel heard and supported, I also believe meaningful growth often comes from exploring difficult questions and challenging unhelpful patterns. Drawing from my experiences as a woman of color, veteran, mother, and therapist, I understand the pressures of balancing multiple roles and responsibilities. My goal is to help clients gain insight, build confidence, and create lasting change. Not just feel better in the moment but develop tools that support them long after our sessions end.
I primarily work with women who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or ready for change. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, caregiving responsibilities, major life transitions or simply trying to create healthier boundaries while balancing the demands of work, family and personal well-being. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can gain clarity, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change.
