I hope to provide a space for you to process, explore, and find relief with the thoughts and feelings that have led you to seek support. My approach to therapy is very client-centered. I begin our work together exploring your past experiences, then I look to understand your current life, and finally planning and dreaming for the future.
In our first session, I hope to learn more about your story and how you would like to spend our time together so that is is supportive.

I have been a counselor for 10 years supporting folks in relationship difficulties/separation/divorce, traumatic single/complex experiences, life transitions with college and career, and general health and wellness.
I have been EMDR certified for 5 years and find this approach to be beneficial to many people.
I have a person-centered approach to therapy, offering a collaborative process.
