New to Grow
I am a licensed therapist who believes that healing happens in the context of a safe, authentic, and collaborative relationship. I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in evidence based practices. I meet clients where they are and help them build the insight, tools, and resilience they need to live a more fulfilling life.
Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what you are hoping to get out of it, and what has or has not worked for you in the past. There is no pressure to share everything right away. My goal is simply for you to leave feeling heard and with a clearer sense of what our work together could look like.
My greatest strength is my ability to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen and understood without judgment. I combine warmth and authenticity with evidence based approaches to help clients move through stuck places and build real, lasting change. I am direct without being harsh, compassionate without being passive, and I meet every client as the expert of their own life.
If you find yourself stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, struggling with anxiety, depression, or the weight of past experiences, therapy can help. My ideal clients are individuals who are ready to do the work, even when it feels hard. They may not have all the answers yet, but they are curious, open, and willing to show up for themselves. Whether you are navigating a major life transition, working through trauma, or simply trying to understand yourself better, this is a space where you can do that without judgment.
EMDR
I use EMDR to help clients process and heal from trauma and distressing life experiences. Through bilateral stimulation, we work together to reduce the emotional charge of difficult memories, allowing clients to move forward with greater ease and resilience.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that impact their emotions and behaviors. Together we develop practical skills and strategies to shift thinking, build coping tools, and create meaningful change in everyday life.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I use DBT to help clients build skills in four key areas: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. This approach is especially helpful for clients who experience intense emotions and struggle to find balance between acceptance and change.
