I am board-certified in Internal Medicine and have over 35 years’ of experience. I graduated from College of Medicine, Ohio State University, Columbus Ohio. I am deeply interested in helping clients with depression, anxiety and AdHD as I suffered from these my whole life. I recently published a book on Amazon on mental health Crisis, entitled,”WHY”. On the first session I will start with your and your family’s complete medical and psychiatric histories. Then will formulate the plan in your best interest. I will make recommendations for medicines and blood tests you may need in the future.
I am a problem solver and do not leave any stone unturned until I get to the root causes of your problem, whether medical or mental or both. I am deeply committed to helping patients manage and overcome mental health challenges. I focus on treating Anxiety and Depression, ADHD/ADD, as well as Narcissistic Personality Disorder--working with both the individuals affected and those impacted by it. I also counsel on Anger Management and alcohol and substance abuse (Addiction) providing care in office and virtually.
I take an analytical, scientific and holistic approach to get to the roots of client’s problems. My most clients are young students and professionals who want to go ahead in their career and their mental health is restricting them to get to full potential. I specialize in Depression, Anxiety, Anger, Addiction, ADHD and NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder) management for both NPD patients and their victims. I prescribe medicines and do psychotherapy.

I wish I could choose more than two of the characteristics above to describe Dr. Bansal. He is very knowledgeable about treatment modalities and takes the time to communicate why he thinks certain medications are effective in managing specific conditions/symptoms. He is an all-around great provider who is passionate about partnering with his patients to improve their overall wellbeing. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a mental health provider.
