My approach to therapy is that “no one size fits all,” and to meet you where you are at in a non-judgmental space. I work with adults in individual, group, and couples therapy, with people struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, and other mental health issues detrimental to a fulfilling life. All of my client relationships begin with an opportunity for you to talk and to have someone listen. Whether you are a young professional or recent graduate, or undergoing a transition that finds you stuck at a crossroad, I have the experience to support you as you take the next step. Feel free to reach out for a free consultation or for more information.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Coming to therapy for the first time may feel intimidating, which is why I strive to create a safe, accepting space where we can work together. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, and welcomes all gender identities, sexual orientations, and cultures.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

In our sessions, we will explore different chapters in your life, considering how that past has shaped your present, and how to set the stage for a fulfilling future. I take a solutions-oriented approach, incorporating talk therapy with mindfulness, and and as a classically-trained pianist I also employ therapeutic interventions using music.
