Julie Greene
Welcome! I’m Julie, a licensed clinical psychologist, with a good sense of humor and a non-judgmental approach to therapy. I have diverse clinical experience, having worked in outpatient, residential, and correctional environments. I enjoy working with clients from all age ranges (my experience ranges from 8-75!) as well as families. I also have experience working with anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, personality disorders, substance use, trauma, relationship concerns, and family dynamics (including family therapy). Whatever it is you bring to the table, I’m ready to meet you where you are in a non-judgmental environment. I know starting therapy can be daunting or scary, and that’s okay. We just start with a conversation, whenever you are ready.
Strengths
My approach is unique, just like each person I work with. I integrate several modalities and tailor my approach to the needs of the person sitting in front of me. Do you need someone to listen and hold space? I got you. Need more direct feedback? Hold my coffee. What if there is so much going on you don’t even know what you need? That’s completely reasonable, I’ll work with you to help find the best starting point. My style is collaborative and conversational but with a goal.
